DEER ON FIRE

Deer On Fire, the indie folk-punk music project by Mike Lewis, found its sound in a decrepit garden shed converted to makeshift studio in Lake Country, BC. The first EP, Campground (released February, 2025), explores themes of adolescent love and adventure, loneliness, death, and otherness. These themes come through the driving, upbeat, singer/songwriter style with nods to 80s, 90s, 00s alternative music while still remaining unmistakably current.​​​
